The iSchool GSAC’s
February 2020 Newsletter

Volume 7, Issue 2

Greetings from the Graduate Student Advisory Council (GSAC)

I hope your Spring semester is going well! So far, my favorite class this semester is my Information Sources and Reference Services class. It’s great to learn more about my area of specialization, and the readings have been really helpful.

I am looking forward to our February General Meeting on Monday, February 3 at 7:00pm, where we have a lot of important initiatives to discuss, including preliminary results from our iSchool Student Survey. If you haven’t filled out this survey yet, please do! Here is the link. This survey will be a great tool to help GSAC best serve all iSchool students.

If you are interested in getting more involved in GSAC, please feel free to reach out to me at jstone36@kent.edu to be added to our email list. As part of this list, you will receive a Doodle Poll with potential dates for our monthly Zoom meetings, and a copy of our agenda prior to the meeting.
